These Politicians should be in Jail.
Boris Johnson, Matt Hancock, Steven Barclay, Rishi Sunak, Sajid Javid, Jeremy Hunt, Thérèse Anne Coffey, 2 Prime Ministers and 5 Health Secretaries.
Their crime: Misconduct in Public Office. Their sentence up to life imprisonment. The Charge that they conspired and failed to provide an adequate National Health Service, keeping people alive.

What is happening now in the NHS is highlighted by health professionals and denied by Ministers. 100,000 excess deaths per week according to the Office of National Statistics. The worse figures since 1951. Figures that Steven Barclay does NOT accept.
What is happening now, with bodies piled high in temporary morgues because the hospital morgues are over filled is reminiscent of the Coronavirus pandemic, when on 23 January 2020 Matt Hancock told the house of commons that “coronavirus was of low concern to the UK which was well equipped, well prepared and world leaders in testing” 4 lies in one sentence.
Lies in public office is a common law criminal offence, because the public can no longer trust that public official. Hancock’s forecast led to 200,000 dead. Hancock was aided and abetted by Boris Johnson, the PM who partied, lied and called the 5th biggest killer Kung Flu as he ignored scientific advice, ignored previous health warnings, in exercise Cygnus and Alice and made crucial delays in implementing restrictions on travel, allowing the transportation of various strains of the virus to mutate around the world. Britain was plague island and had more deaths per capita that most nations, it was the 7th highest total of deaths, when the other countries had larger populations.
Johnson Hancock and then Javid failed the citizens and failed in their public office responsibility to protect their citizens.
Hitherto Jeremy Hunt had started the demise as he presided over the lowest funding of the NHS ever at 1.5%. In their time in office the accused have presided over 130,000 vacancies in the NHS, the scrapping of the nurses bursary, the raising of taxes and national insurance to the highest levels for 70 years. The NHS is not free. The taxpayer pays for it in contributions from wages. But the government ministers cut 25,000 beds as they raised taxes and National Insurance contributions.

So with an aging population and winter respiratory diseases, the ambulance service and A&E cannot cope with demand. GPs cannot cope. Waiting for surgery , the numbers keep rising - 7m. Waiting times for treatment in emergencies are grossly exceeding targets. Under these ministers the NHS has collapsed. This is Misconduct in Public Office.
However the Police are already sitting on a report by Mike Mansfield QC, entitled Misconduct in Public Office relating to the Covid enquiry he chaired.
The Opposition leader was a former Director of Public Prosecutions. Both his silence and the Metropolitan Police’s inaction shows the state of British Justice and accountability.
What is needed in a private prosecution, but the Good Law Project are not interested after Marcus Balls’ case against Johnson for Brexit lies was kicked out by the Judge (an acquaintance of Johnson). So we would need crowd funder and Mike Mansfield’s chambers. We would need expert witnesses, the bereaved victims and health care professionals to prove the offences. Clearly the cases against certain ministers is stronger than others, but the named have all played their part in mismanagement, lies, and corruption. Remember the scandals of wasted billions on VIP PPE, Test n Trace and back handers to chums. All money that should have been pumped into the NHS.
These ministers have to be held to account. Justice has to be seen to be done for those that died needlessly and continue to die needlessly.
