Manifestos - If you live in a glass house you do not throw stones Manifestos are the Political Parties ways of making promises before elections and then quietly slipping them into a draw out of sight out of mind. So we can only work on 2019 promises, the last general election, when comparing the parties .

The Conservatives have broken all of their pledges and it was not worth the paper it was written on. Some were broken before the ink dried. It is the only group that wants to stop protests by delivering the just needs of the protestors. Listen to the people, act for the people.

Corbyn’s manifesto acknowledged that the Westminster bubble was out of touch, but failed to convince 16 million, one in three voters, to vote at all for anyone and led to Labour’s worse defeat since 1935.

Of course the 2019 was a Get Brexit Done election, based on deception, which incidentally is an offence contrary to Sn 115 of the Representation of the People’s Act 1983. Similarly the 2016 referendum, financed by Aaron Banks with Russian money, and again all lies.

What is wrong with Worseminster? If you live in a glass house you do not throw stones. So why should MPs expose the frailties of the system they operate in? Have you ever heard an MP talk about illegal lies at Elections, illegal financing? Maybe they have too many skeletons in their own cupboards to open up a can of worms. And if they spoke about them why has no one been prosecuted?

Qn: Why should tax payers’ money subsidise those that are meant to be serving their constituents. Likewise with the Lords, which should be replaced by a smaller house of technical advisors, scientists, professors, doctors, former defence chiefs, charity heads. MPs and Lords would be required to attend all important debates, and have no paid outside interests. They would be chosen by their constituents by selection interview panels. They would be liable to be sacked and therefore made accountable. The Selection Panels would in turn be made up of a cross section of the community. There are doubting Thomas’s who do not want yet another political party and will vote for the party they agree with on a score of 6 out of 10 or maybe more, maybe less. They will accept 2nd best, the best of a bad bunch and muddle on, instead of voting for what they believe in. They want the Tories out and do not want to split the left vote, BUT what party is truly left now? What so called left party voted with the government to end 47 years of prosperity and exchange it for economic self inflicted suicide. They hope that one day things can only get better. But why not have a new Political Party where your tick in the box reflects all your boxes are ticked too. Trouble with the best of a bad bunch argument , is just when you think Britain has hit rock bottom, something comes along and SS Britannia sinks even further towards the abyss. Meanwhile the silence from Westminster is deafening.

Qn: Why should Worseminster have more holidays than school children, just because they act like naughty school children. How many MPs you see on TV you actually think well he / she talks sense? 10, 12, maybe 30 at most out of 650. How many even look sensible????????? The established political parties also all suffer from working in an environment that is vested and self interests, an old boys club with rules to protect the status quo and it’s Members of Parliament. Do you seriously think that sitting MPs of any political party are going to voluntarily disrupt a system that they use and got them to where they are.

So let's look at what the People 1st Party wants.

A repeal of all Tory legislation since 2010.

The reversal of Brexit

The bringing to trial, Public Officials who have committed Misconduct in Public Office.

The unification of the People of the Nation. Outlawing hate spreading fake news media and organisations. Outlawing selfishness and promoting compassion. There will be a Citizen’s Board created to oversee equality, discrimination and unfair practices by any person or body corporate, punishable by sanctions.

Renationalisation of all Public services performing effectively and efficiently by the people, for the people, for the benefit of the people. Reintroduction of all food and environmental standards, plus workers’ rights.

This to be financed by taxing excess profits, excess remuneration, dividends, rental collections, the banks, global corporations on their UK sales, the fossil fuel industries, the rich and making off shore tax havens illegal, sequestrating the assets of those who avoid and evade taxation. Remember in law, taxation is the only area where you are guilty until you prove your innocence.

The reinstatement of the welfare state, and the de privatisation of the NHS and care homes. To Make all GP practices clinics with dentist facilities also and hospitals used only for emergencies and serious illnesses. Ambulances to be based at clinics, and fire stations. Nurses and Doctors pay improvements alongwith all public sector workers and recruitment made priority

The reinstatement of efficient and effective law and order and other local authority services. The end of Police politicising and corruption. Legal aid reintroduced, Magistrates courts and police stations reinstated.

Investing in schools and libraries, making on line education and communication available to everyone. Making education timetables fit the students , not the students fit the timetables.

Transport, publicly owned, cheap transport to make it easier and cheaper for people to use, where ever they live, rural or cities and make it more attractive than using cars.

The rebirth of the High St. Lorry deliveries at evening and night times. Promoting bicycle use. No more out of town shop malls to snarl up our roads. No HS2.

Benefits income or housing will only be made to persons who have paid into the National Insurance scheme for 2 years hitherto, unless they have a disability preventing work. Refugees to be taught english and found employment . There will be a mass social, energy efficient, house building or conversion planned on brown field sites. There will be regional assemblies created to make governance more local, relevant , accountable and assessible. There will be a review of unnecessary tiers of local government. There will be price caps introduced on all basic amenities, food and drink. There will be a Price and Competition Commission set up to ensure fair practices in the market place. Breaches will be punishable by sanctions.

There will be mass green energy investment on land and sea, solar, wind, tidal. Fossil fuel use will be confined to history. There will be incentives to trade in internal combustion engine vehicles, and to make all homes energy efficient. This would provide en masse green jobs. There will be investment in Hydrogen power for homes and transport . There will be desalination plants on Britain's 7,000 miles of coastline.

The Economy would recover by rejoining the EU, not just the Single Market and the Customs Union. We are European and need a say in European matters and legislation. Unity at home is also unity with allies abroad. Britain has to reinstate it's place in world affairs, and no longer considered a laughing stock.

There would be investment and specialists assembled to ensure Britain is never caught out again by global diseases, extreme weather events and economic strife.

Conservative right wing fascist think tanks like the ERG and 55 Tufton St, 1828 committee, the 1921 committee will be suppressed and investigated for crimes against the national interest. Those found guilty will face trial and imprisonment and upon release after serving their sentence would be exiled for life. These are not flag waving patriots, they are self serving parasites on the nation.

Conclusion

A People’s Parliament, serving it’s People, not for Power, but for Prosperity and Prospects - for the benefit of the people as a whole and individually. To Make Britain a better country to live in with a brighter future, ending the Political Control of the Tories, their asset stripping and stifling Britain’s potential. AND, in order that Britain NEVER returns to the dark days of dictatorship, there needs to be an acting Head of State not an impotent passive one, and a written constitution, including Proportional Representation of the people by the people for the people.
