Savid Javid, a former merchant banker, with zero experience of health, has said there was no cause for alarm as hospitalisations in Scotland are at record levels.

The Map shows the extent of the rates of infection (the darker colours), and even Wales which a week ago was relatively safe and all blue, is now in the spread of the infection. Scotland and the South of England the worse affected.
All the Graphs and the data the Government no longer publishes and has to be "found" would tell Javid different to his current lack of thought process.
WE still even have the preposterous way the data for deaths is given, with Office of National Statistics totalling death certificates at over 185,000 cause of death Covid 19. Whereas Javid's department count only those that dies within 28 days of testing positive, an arbitrary assumption and 20,000 les deaths.
Of course Boris Johnson, Javid's boss, said publicly in October 2021 the most important metric was wage growth, not cancer, not life expectancy. Privately he said "let the bodies pile high". June 3rd 2020 he said he was "proud" of his handling of the pandemic, which the Govt now wants the inhabitants of Plague Island to think is an endemic, the 4th biggest killer in Britain, 10 times more deadly than flu.
The Govt have removed ALL public health precautions.
