From the very beginning it would have been cheaper and safer to close the airports, furlough the staff and keep the country open. That is not a matter of hindsight, it is what other countries did. There is not one ounce of compassion or morality in this cess pit of a Tory Twat government, who herald freedom day, liberty day, no more lockdowns day, no more masks day. Britain has the worse coronavirus response in the G7, it has the worse economy, £2.2tn recession and inflation at 2.5%. The Tories also gave you Brexit, destroyed industries and introduced empty shelves, higher prices. Yet he is not thinking about his people, he has not considered the risks, he knows bodies will start piling up again. He has abdicated responsibility.
